Trump isn't ready for what might come out next.

Despite how many times Trump has bashed and tried to discredit his book Fear: Trump in the White House, award-winning journalist Bob Woodward knows he is going to have the last laugh.

Woodward may have made Trump explode when he first released his book, but if the president continues to trash him, the author has just threatened to do far worse in order to back up the claims in his book. Woodward has just stated that he is willing to release the source material for any of the people cited in his book, as long as he has permission from the individual to do so.

As the book contains a lot of information that came from those close to the president, we can only imagine what releasing this information would do to the Trump administration, especially since the White House released a statement calling Woodward’s book “fake news” and “nothing more than fabricated stories, many by former disgruntled employees, told to make the President look bad.” To have Woodward’s claims verified would be disastrous for Trump.

In an interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt earlier today, Woodward defended his book, stating that he’d “done hundreds of hours of interviews with people and everything in the book most certainly happened.”

You crank out the great Washington denial machine, I’ve seen this over the years, going back to the Nixon case. Time and time again people will deny things.”

Then Woodward upped the ante, stating that he would release the actual tapes from sources mentioned in his book if he had permission.

You can only imagine how damaging this would be for Trump if those tapes were released — and if we thought Trump’s first Woodward tantrum was bad, we can’t even imagine what’s coming.
