Man Who Said “I Moved On Her Like A B*itch” Speaks At Prayer Breakfast, Makes A Fool Of Himself

Well, bless his heart.

Former reality show star Donald Trump spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. Thursday, and assured his audience that his administration will protect religious liberties, then he gave right-wing Christians a shout out for the “abolition of civil rights,” which he said have been led by people of faith.

“I will never let you down,” Trump told the audience which included House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“All children born and unborn are made in the holy image of God,” Trump continued to say.

Then, for some reason, Trump listed the abolition of civil rights among the nation’s accomplishments which were led by communities of faith.

“Since the founding of our nation, many of our greatest strides, from gaining our independence to abolition of civil rights, to extending the vote for women, have been led by people of faith and started in prayer,” Trump said on Thursday. “When we open our hearts to faith we fill our hearts with love.”

Trump went on to thank Vice President Mike Pence’s wife, Karen Pence, for taking on her new job as a teacher “at a Christian school” even though that’s been a controversial undertaking since the school has a strict anti-LGBTQ policy that forbids accepting gay students.

Recently, Trump claimed on Twitter that America was “starting to make a turn back” to a time when Bible study was big in public schools. That, of course, is not true.

David Lewicki, Trump’s former pastor, took to Twitter last week to state that he had never seen Trump at the church.

Well, pastor, Trump probably didn’t set foot in the church in order to avoid bursting in flames. Trump, who claims to be a man of God, is given a pass for his long list of indiscretions by the religious right, likely because they’re more concerned about pushing an anti-choice agenda, so they allow the president* to feign to be a Christian, just as they do. It’s like a club — where no one tells the truth.  Except, regarding Trump’s civil rights remark, he did actually tell the truth for once.

Can I get an amen?

Conover makes tea partiers cry as a hobby. She was Commander of Jade Helm15 during the failed takeover of the South. She's also one of the biggest arseholes on Twitter. At night, she can be found drinking Conservative tears while pulling off the wings of flies just because she can. She is the founder of a Marxist, Commie, Maoist, Socialist site and has contributed to several other sites, blah blah blah. She is an awful person but she doesn't like to brag about that.
