All Hell Breaks Loose On Fox After Host Slammed Trump’s Response To Deaths Of Migrant Children

Finally a little common sense!

The comments that Donald Trump finally made about the deaths of two 7- and 8-year-old children while in Customs and Border Patrol custody recently took America by shock: Not only did he not express even the slightest bit of sympathy for the children or their families, but he immediately placed the blame for their deaths on Democrats and their policies at the border — despite the fact that his party has controlled Congress for years and the White House since his inauguration nearly two years ago.

On Fox News, the commentary was much as you can imagine — hosts Pete Hegseth, Rachel Campos-Duffy, and Ed Henry sat on the Fox and Friends couch nodding their heads vigorously about the supposed “crisis” at our southern border. Not much was said about the fact that immigration, both legal and illegal, is at historic lows. But when it came to the President’s tweets, at least one of the three had a different take on what was said than the majority of Trump supporters.

Hegseth read the two offending tweets aloud as they displayed on the screen:

There was no correction of the fact that US authorities have said multiple times that the children were screened upon entry and seemed physically fine, contrary to the President’s claim that they were sick when they got here.

But Ed Henry took issue with the fact that Trump outright blamed Democrats for the children’s deaths:

I just think this president doesn’t need to take the extra step of saying, the kids who died, it’s the Democrats’ fault. How do you get the Democrats to the table to negotiate when you accuse them of being to blame?”

One would think Pete Hegseth’s head was about to leave his shoulders the way he sputtered as Ed tried his level best not to smirk while listening to his co-hosts’ nonsense. This is truly a watershed moment on Fox, and you get to see it right here:
